Trying to create subspecies for Igglybuff proved to be just as hard as it was for cleffa. I eventually decided to combine two subspecies options that I saw on the web. One representing different music genres and one with different types of balloons. Not sure what else could have been done with igglybuff without completely changing its design. Also I have no descriptions this time because these are kind of self explanatory.
